Affordable CD-R Solutions is not liable for any lost information due to a defective CD-R.

Always verify that any backup data has been successfully transferred prior to permanently removing data from a drive. Of course we always recommend that two backup copies are made to be totally protected.

Affordable CD-R Solutions will warranty defective und spindles of CD-R's free of charge to the consumer.

Customer will return any defective CD-R’s and pay shipping cost to return merchandise.

Affordable CD-R Solutions will pay shipping back to the  consumer standard UPS ground only, no exceptions will be made for faster shipment.  Of course, the customer has the option to have it shipped any way they feel necessary at the sole cost of the consumer.

Affordable CD-R Solutions is not under any condition liable for the performance of any Generic CD-R.  Although our Generic CD-R’s are of the best quality available, they are a lesser grade media.  For the best protection for your equipment please purchase the highest quality media you can afford.

Mass duplicators should be advised to use a good quality media.  Affordable CD-R Solutions will not be held liable for equipment problems due to the use of any media.

Affordable CD-R Solutions reserves the right to refuse the sale or service to any customer at their sole discretion.
