Guidelines
- Turn time is approximately
12-14 business days (but call for scheduling).
- All music, CD-ROM
royalties, licensing and/or changes are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer shall
indemnify and hold harmless S & J CD Duplication, its affiliates,
partners and associates from all costs, expenses and law suites related
to the music including but not limited to any licensing fees and artist
or producer royalties.
- Due to the nature
of production, customer agrees to accept and pay a 5 % over or (refunded)
under fee of CD's produced at time of final count.
- Prices are subject
to change without notice.
- All shaped CDs
are delivered with shrink - tubed and/or on spindles unless other arrangements
have been made.
- *Masters must
be provided on CD-R's to avoid any required pre-mastering, authoring
or transfer fees.
